This belief resonates deeply with Lisa Volenec, an award-winning journalist who has firmly established herself as a dynamic leader within the media industry, boasting an impressive tenure spanning over 30 years. Her extensive experience encompasses on-air reporting, sales, and management, enabling her to make significant contributions to several major markets across the country. Most recently, Lisa served as the General Manager of KMTV, the local CBS affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska, under the E.W. Scripps Company, where she passionately led all news and sales initiatives.
Having recently retired from KMTV, Lisa is excited to embark on a new chapter as the Founder and Director of the nonprofit organization This Is Parkinson’s. In this role, she will utilize her award-winning journalism skills to focus on storytelling that highlights the journeys of those affected by Parkinson’s disease, providing vital support to the community.
In addition to her professional accolades, Lisa is a courageous advocate for individuals living with Parkinson’s, a condition she was diagnosed with in 2014. Each day presents a unique blend of challenges and victories, and Lisa navigates this journey with remarkable strength and resilience. Balancing her career with her personal life, she exemplifies what it means to embrace life to the fullest.
Most recently, Lisa participated as a guest at The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s “Parkinson’s IQ + You” events, sharing her story alongside other panelists. These speaking engagements have become a powerful outlet for her, allowing her to connect with others who face similar struggles. Through her advocacy, Lisa emphasizes that “no one walks this path alone.” Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering determination not only inspire those around her but also foster a strong sense of community among individuals affected by Parkinson’s.
Bob Sullivan

Bob Sullivan brings to Bandit a career that spans more than four decades in television. From production and programming, to senior management and consulting, Sullivan has made an extraordinary impact on all aspects of the broadcast business. As a recognized industry leader, Sullivan’s roles have included SVP of Programming for TEGNA Media overseeing new program development, market research, strategic planning, syndication acquisitions and business development.
While at TEGNA, he created and successfully launched four nationally syndicated programs including Daily Blast Live and the talk show TD Jakes. He held a similar position as VP Programming for Scripps Television where he created and successfully launched three nationally syndicated shows including Right This Minute and The List.
Most recently, Sullivan oversaw the transformation of three new business lines as General Manager for Sneaky Big, a full-production film studio and live production hub for CBS Sports, Turner Sports, The NFL Network, and Bleacher Report for The Alliance of American Football, among others. In addition, he helped create and sell options on three original programs to Discovery, Netflix and NBC’s Peacock Network.
He has held senior broadcast management positions including VP of Television, Gannett Broadcasting; President and General Manager, W*USA-TV in Washington D.C.; and Station Manager, KPNX-TV in Phoenix.
Sullivan owned his own marketing firm, Sullivan and Associates, and served as President of The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl XLII played in February 2008 in Glendale, Arizona.
Beth Reynolds

Beth Reynolds loves building businesses, shows, and partnerships that push creative and revenue boundaries. At Bandit Productions, she focuses on launching innovative media products that blend traditional and non-traditional formats.
Before Bandit, Beth helped break new ground in audience engagement and revenue generation. She created a syndication sales model for NASCAR’s first-ever weekly national TV show, working closely with NASCAR, MGM, and Sony on sales, sponsorships, affiliate relations, and inventory management. At MagicDust Television, Beth was a managing partner and key to the success of RightThisMinute, which aired for 11 seasons on 200+ stations covering 95% of the U.S. She led the sales effort with Disney/ABC and built the affiliate relations department from the ground up, working closely with stations to meet local needs. Earlier in her career, Beth handled business development and nontraditional sales for Belo Media’s Southwest cluster, which included TV, radio, newspapers, and consumer events.
Beth lives with her husband and two daughters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Stephanie Eno
Stephanie Eno is an Executive Producer and longtime unscripted television storyteller, with a career spent creating character-driven series and premium lifestyle programming for major networks and platforms, including Netflix, Discovery Channel, Magnolia Network, and TLC.
After years of producing stories for large audiences, she has shifted her focus toward work rooted in community and impact, bringing her experience into mission-driven storytelling that amplifies real voices and the moments that shape us.
Based on the East Coast, Stephanie also creates and hosts engaging presentation programs for older adults in assisted living communities, where she has seen firsthand how curiosity, humor, and human connection can change a room. She’s raising a teenager (an ongoing production in itself) and believes the most powerful stories aren’t always the loudest; they’re the ones that make people feel seen.

Andrew Scher is a visionary leader with 30 years of experience in the media industry, bringing creativity and expertise to Bandit Productions. A 9-time national Emmy nominee and award-winning Executive Producer, Show-Runner, Creator, and Senior Media Executive, Andrew has a proven track record across various genres, including unscripted, news, talk, live, studio, and streaming platforms. He has worked with A-list talent on shows like The Doctors, Dr. Phil, Keke Palmer, Queen Latifah, and Tamron Hall, solidifying his reputation in the industry.
His commitment to excellence and storytelling will drive Bandit Productions to new heights.
DJ Cleaver
Digital Marketing Specialist
With over 35 years in media, marketing, and event production, DJ Cleaver now brings his wide range of skills to Bandit Productions, helping launch major initiatives digitally. He’s skilled as a webmaster, building and maintaining websites, with a strong background in graphic design and digital marketing.
Highlights include 10 years in digital media with Tribune publications, high-profile NBA promotions in Phoenix, Melbourne, Mexico City, and New York, and co-owning an event planning company focused on tourism and conference management.
DJ lives just outside Philadelphia with his partner, where they enjoy music festivals, EDM, cooking, DIY projects, and relaxing by the pool.
Tera McIntyre

Tera McIntyre is a print and digital graphic designer with over 19 years of experience turning ideas into meaningful designs. At Bandit Productions, she brings creativity and attention to detail to every project, helping shape the company’s brand through marketing materials and other design work. She’s passionate about creating consistent, thoughtful designs that truly connect.
With a background in marketing, business management, and graphic/web design, Tera combines creativity with strategy to support Bandit’s growth and presence. Living in Chandler, Arizona, she juggles the day-to-day of work and family life.
