Box4Bucks is a Team Fox fundraiser, with all proceeds going directly to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s research. Despite the name, Box4Bucks is not a boxing event—you don’t need boxing gloves or any boxing experience to participate.

Box4Bucks is a fun, friendly fitness event that brings the Parkinson’s community together for a morning filled with activities, lighthearted competition, excitement, and camaraderie—all for a great cause. Most of the exercises in the competition will be familiar and accessible.
